My weight is at 175 lbs which feels good. I am up to 22-25 reps at 135lbs which is half of my goal of 50 reps.
I am going to body pump Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. I need to cut one day out or only exercise the same body part once every other day.
Also, I am up to sprinting 0.8 miles at 8.1 mph. My goal is to run this at 8.3 mph for the 5k next week on Thank Giving Day.
We ran 5 miles with the A-Team. Last week I ran it in 44 minutes. This time I ran it in 46 minutes.
