I am running the Reindeer 5k in Minneapolis today. It is supposed to snow in the afternoon about 1 feet with sleet. I hope to finish in under 23 minutes today.
The conditions are very cold and blistery but my training has been very good.
I am now stacking my Body Pump classes with a good dose of free weight training immediately afterwards. I can do 3 sets of 6 at 165 lbs after Body Pump Class. Also, I do abs, legg lifts, negative cable crunches, and negative seated upright bench press on the machine.
